Class Registration Policies

Registration Confirmations

Either a deposit or full payment must be received to hold your place in each class. Space is confirmed in the order of payments received. If you register and a class is full, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Be placed on a waiting list to be added if someone cancels
  • Apply your payment toward pre-registration for the next class of your choice
  • Receive a prompt refund of your payment

Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

 

A class would be cancelled only in the case of an illness, emergency, or inclement weather. In such a case, you will be notified as early as possible prior to class. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled.

Weather:  Reiki Classes can and may be rescheduled if there is inclement weather.  Entire tuition will be applied to the rescheduled reiki class date.  If you can’t make the rescheduled class date, we will allow you to choose other reiki classes within 3 months of original class date.

 

If Reiki Haus must cancel a class, you are offered two options. You may receive a complete, prompt refund of all funds paid, or you may transfer your payment to the next class of your choice. We reserve the right to reschedule class due to emergency or if there are not at least two students signed up for a reiki class.

 

If you choose to cancel your registration, a full refund will be given if you cancel by the Monday before the class. If you cancel later than the Monday before class, a refund will be given minus a $25 service charge.

 

If you need to cancel for a specific date, but wish to transfer your registration to a future class, you may do so. However, if you transfer later than the Wednesday before the class, a $25 transfer fee may be applied.

 

No refunds will be given at all if you are a "no show" for class. Please call if you are unable to attend.
